Jeff has been practicing for more than 10 years and handles all types of litigation, but specializes in handling construction defect litigation. He has extensive trial experience and has argued both in front of the Court of Appeals and the SC Supreme Court. Jeff has represented contractors and homeowner in all areas of construction. While a significant number of his cases deal with very large condominium complexes or homeowners associations where damages are far in excess of $10,000,000.00, he still enjoys handling personal injury cases arising out of a car accident and/or slip and fall.
Prior to attending law school, Jeff practiced as an engineer in Greenville, SC for five years designing industrial equipment for the textile and film processing industries. In addition, while not connected directly with his education, Jeff has personally designed and has hands-on experience in just about every aspect of residential construction.
